Now the woman who stands accused of cutting the rope of the employees has allegedly confessed and supplied a feeble excuse as to why she did it.
The worker whose life was in danger had stated that he saw a well-dressed woman attain out the window several stories under and cut the line, stranding the 2 Burmese employees who had been then unable to boost themselves to the roof or decrease themselves to the road under safely.
