The director of the Demonstration School of Ramkhanhaeng University in Bangkok suspended a Thai trainer after she slapped a pupil in the face.
A Twitter person shared a video of her nephew being attacked by his teacher yesterday, September 27, with the caption…
“This teacher slapped my nephew in the face because she wished the boy to name her ‘mother’ but the boy insisted she just isn’t his mother.
“My nephew apologised however she slapped him once more. Is that too much? It occurred at a well-known high school in the Ramkhahaeng area.
In the video, the instructor is seen dragging a younger boy outdoors the classroom to speak with her. The teacher pointed her finger at the boy’s face and scolded him before slapping him within the face.
The boy stepped back and apologised however the instructor slapped him again. A male trainer in a yellow shirt had to intervene and separate the trainer from the sufferer.
Teacher suspended
The director of Ramkhanhaeng University’s Demonstration School, Thatchapon Ponlarat, later admitted to the public that the incident took place at the college, reporting that he obtained the complaint from the student’s parents on September 21 including that the incident captured on video happened in March this year.
Thatchapon mentioned he had not ignored the difficulty or delayed the method highlighting that he had just been appointed director of the varsity. Thatchapon explained that the investigation committee is now questioning both the trainer and the student and will later inform the common public concerning the improvement of the case.
The faculty director mentioned he had already suspended the instructor and would take measures to compensate the sufferer and regain the trust of students and fogeys.
