US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps can also be a full-service supplier of all kinds of rotating equipment, with in-house and field service capabilities. The company has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a group of 28 employees.
The acquired enterprise will operate underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory coverage, prime product traces and including further service capabilities to this space. เกจวัดแรงดันน้ำไทวัสดุ are very eager to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly 65 areas throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 workers.
