AxFlow has acquired Pumpegruppen A/S, a Danish pump supplier to the chemical, meals and pharmaceutical industries and for water treatment and basic industrial purposes.

Pumpegruppen is a full-service pump specialist representing brands including Grundfos, Wilden, FTI and Speck. The company is headquartered in Lyngby, 10 km north of Copenhagen, and has one other base in Rønde in Jutland.
“The acquisition of Pumpegruppen is well-aligned with our group technique to expand the product and service offering in Denmark. Pumpegruppen has a robust buyer base and a sound growth potential,” stated Søren Weihrauch, CEO of AxFlow A/S.
Under the leadership of CEO and former proprietor Erling Olsen, Pumpegruppen will proceed to operate beneath its current identify while being part of the AxFlow Group.
