Headquartered in Chaska, Minnesota, Smith Engineering supplies water therapy products and services, together with filtration, UV, reverse osmosis, and deionization, for the biotech/pharmaceutical, data centre, meals and beverage, healthcare, medical device and microelectronics markets. The company has more than 1,200 clients in North America.
Evoqua says that the acquisition will enhance its portfolio of high purity water therapy systems and increase its service footprint in North America.
