US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service supplier of all types of rotating gear, with in-house and area service capabilities. The firm has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a staff of 28 workers.
The acquired business will operate underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory protection, top product traces and including further service capabilities to this space. We are very wanting to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”
