US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service supplier of all kinds of rotating tools, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a group of 28 employees.
The acquired enterprise will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory protection, top product strains and adding extra service capabilities to this area. We are very wanting to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has practically sixty five locations throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service outlets. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 employees.
