Real food, which is basically vegetables and fruit, nutrition wise at the very least (as much would argue on the taste factor), may be the foundation of any nutritious diet, not because it is so important and healthy to eat a well balanced diet with vegetables inside it, but simply since it is food. The others is not food. It could be hard to grasp in the beginning, peeping through the tiny crack that all of us have inside our definitions of what food is, and seeing the truth behind the screen of illusion.
